At ASINSpotlight, we want you to be confident in your purchase. We encourage all prospective customers to fully evaluate our product before subscribing.

Free Trial

ASINSpotlight offers a free trial with limited functionality. The trial does not require payment information and provides sufficient access to assess whether the product meets your needs. We also offer free demo sessions upon request to walk you through the product's features and answer any questions.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our service, which provisions and maintains dedicated infrastructure for each active subscription, we generally do not issue refunds for payments that have already been processed. This policy applies to all subscription plans and billing cycles.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund request, please contact us and we will review your case individually. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

Cloud Scanner Credits

Cloud Scanner is billed through one-time credit packs rather than a recurring subscription. Credits are consumed only for successfully delivered results — requests we are unable to complete, such as blocked or captcha responses, are not charged against your balance.

First-pack money-back guarantee: your first credit pack may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 2,500 credits have been used. Once more than 2,500 credits have been consumed, or for any subsequent pack, credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Each pack is valid for a fixed period shown at checkout, starting from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire at the end of that period and are not refundable, transferable between accounts, or reinstated. If a pack expires unused due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us — we may offer a one-time courtesy extension at our discretion.

Because credit packs provide immediate access to a digital service, by completing checkout you acknowledge that delivery begins right away and, to the extent permitted by law, you waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period once you begin consuming credits.
