1. Description of Service
ASINSpotlight is a desktop application for Windows and macOS that enables users to collect Amazon product data for research purposes. The Service includes functionality to export collected data to Excel files and access the ASINSpotlight dashboard at board.asinspotlight.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using ASINSpotlight, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Service and agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service, including Amazon's Terms of Service and any applicable data protection laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of data collected through the Service complies with all applicable legal requirements.
4. Account and License
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each subscription provides a single-user license. You may transfer your license between devices for your own use, but you may not share your license with others or allow multiple users to access the Service through a single account.
5. Free Trial and Subscription
The Service offers a free trial with limited functionality to allow evaluation before purchase. Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are as specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of ASINSpotlight and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bulgaria.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator of ASINSpotlight regarding your use of the Service.
