What's a credit?
A credit is the unit you spend on results. One credit returns up to 10 products from a storefront, brand, or list scan, 20 from a keyword or category scan, or one fully-detailed product. You always see the estimate before a scan runs.

Do credits expire?
Yes — each pack is valid for a set period from purchase, shown at checkout (from one month for the smallest pack up to six for the largest). Unused credits expire at the end of that window.

What if a scan can't reach a page?
You're not charged for it. We only deduct credits for products and pages we actually deliver — blocked or captcha responses are on us.

Is this a subscription?
No. Cloud Scanner is one-time credit packs — buy what you need, top up when you want, nothing recurring to cancel.
